Morning workouts have been going strong this week 💪🏼 and I've shared this before but my one tip would be to treat Chatgpt (aka “Steve” 😎) like my personal trainer. Ask it all the questions, complain to it, tell it what you like and don’t like… it honestly makes planning workouts so easy, and I swear it keeps me accountable more than I expected!

I also shared my latest Abercrombie haul, basically a roundup of my favorite shorts for summer, plus the cutest skorts and skort dresses. Dress ’em up, dress ’em down, live in them, repeat… and yes, they’re all on sale 🙌🏼

Also… big update over here 👏🏼 the Hartley House ladies are officially back and working on the BWC Headquarters! It’s basically part office, part giant warehouse situation to hold allll the excess of clothes, and everything in between. I'm SO pumped and excited to get it all finished out!
